Summer runs

During the summer we take full advantage of the lighter evenings and meet in different places to enjoy off-road runs on the Moor.  Please note that these runs can be longer than our usual club runs, that you should carry a drink and ensure you have layers to put on afterwards – the runs are taken by qualified coaches. PLEASE dress accordingly. Trail shoes are desirable, coat etc maybe required. It is Dartmoor, it can get cold and wet, even in summer. Head torches would be sensible as well.

The coaches will have long, medium and shorter options for all of the runs, and will select the appropriate route based upon weather conditions and attendees capabilities. In all instances, the aim will be to run as a group with tracking back and regrouping at intervals as the coach deems appropriate.
